Northern Ireland commercial finance brokerage recognised at the NACFB Commercial Broker Awards
Johnston Financial Solutions has been named Northern Irish Broker of the Year 2026 at the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers’ Commercial Broker Awards.
The award recognises NACFB member brokers delivering high-quality support to businesses across Northern Ireland. It was presented to Johnston Financial Solutions at a ceremony held at Lancashire Cricket Club, Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester, on Friday 11 September. More than 430 entries were submitted across 26 categories and assessed by 36 industry judges, alongside votes from NACFB lender Patrons and supplier Partners.
Established in 2013, Johnston Financial Solutions supports SMEs throughout Northern Ireland. The firm helps clients access finance for business acquisitions, commercial property, vehicles, machinery, stock, working capital and expansion, drawing on relationships with a wide panel of lenders.
Johnston Financial Solutions works with Northern Ireland businesses at very different stages, from first-time acquisitions and property purchases to stock, working-capital and multi-million-pound growth requirements. The work can also involve complex refinancing, bringing together lenders and professional advisers to help clients move away from expensive short-term borrowing and towards a more sustainable financial structure. In every case, the focus is on understanding the client’s full position, being realistic about what can be achieved and putting funding in place that supports the longer-term interests of the business.
