No. We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your proposal, initially. If we feel we can help, we will let you know up front what the fee will be. We will issue you with clear terms of engagement.

We need to know who our customers are, so we will need identification documents for the relevant parties but for the initial assessment we will only need 6 months business bank statements, certified accounts for the last two years, (and any up to date management accounts or VAT returns you have available).

We will give you an initial view after our initial assessment and you can have a formal decision within 24 hours.

Yes. We prepare business plans for banks and alternative funders, typically including three years financial projections. In addition, we prepare plans for Invest NI, and for grant funding schemes such as the Rural Development Programme, or to support future growth and profitability.
